does a front strut do anything at all? friend does automotive engineering and was told that the clios suspension setup is so precise (hence good in the twisties :)) that a strut can cause problems?? jamie

haha thats what i want to do, but i dont want it to blow up since it is quite a pricey piece of kit (for a student anyways!!!). you sure that it will either just not run, or just run very slowly?? and not blow up :S (the transformer as well??) jamie

this never fits properly anyways, ended up getting some nice sticky sided foam and cutting it to shape to make as good an air tight seal as poss. jamie
