Most renault garages don't do the mot themsleves, you leave the car with them, they'll then drive it to a dudes garage round the corner & get it done there & charge you for the privilege.
Technically,there was no 182 advert, the car they showed was a 172 (it still had the five spoke alloys on it)

I think that yours may be one of the only green phase 2 valvers in the country. Green ones were very rare in phase 1, never ever seen a green phase 2 apart from yours.
I find ramps a pain in the backside.
I think my dad has done it, but he puts a plank of wood under each wheel first (of the end of the car not going up the ramp) then he drives up the ramps.
