Unless it needs the things replaced i'd leave it as it is. Otherwise you'd just be doing it for the sake of it.

A re-circulating dump valve won't make any noticeable noise as it doesn't dump to air (as atmospheric ones do) I'd just leave it as it is tbh.

I find ramps a pain in the backside. I think my dad has done it, but he puts a plank of wood under each wheel first (of the end of the car not going up the ramp) then he drives up the ramps.
