My mum & dad went to look at an 02 reg exclusive a while back, that was at Renault Ilford, it was probably the same car. I've seen the other way round too, mk2 phase 2 clios (normal ones) on x reg plates etc.

You could run the 172 on 15's, just an idea ?? I've never experienced any probs at all driving my old mans 172, nor my vee (on private roads doing some speed)

Well that's me owned then ;) Some on here have them on their mk1 172's I just thought that they were standard:o I prefer the 16" version tbh.
