Give it time it will have, plus one of those stupid shaped plates!

Rejoined after a long break, LY182

Wow, I didn’t realise they were that expensive!! I remember when they were sub 600. I’m sure I paid 540 or something for my 172. But that was years ago although at a specialist.

    The 90's best car decade!

Absolutely! I remember s13’s and s14’s being really cheap. But I too was poor and crap with money, ploughing wages into newish cars on finance instead.

Yeah it defiantly sits spot on to be honest

    New member, 2nd clio, 1st 182!

It looks to be lower than standard so probably on springs already. Will you replace the leather/alcantara seats? If it were mine I’d be on the lookout for a cup spoiler.

Welcome to cs. Looks a good base to start with and sits nice. What are your plans?

    Rojer's 200T

We’ve all been there I’m pretty sure it was fairly straight forward. I managed it without issue so I’m sure you will be fine

    Rojer's 200T

It does fit the standard intercooler, or it should do.

I had a grande punto abarth with the 1.4 tjet engine like the 500 abarth. Standard 155bhp and esseesse models had 180bhp. It was a good little car, quite cool and both the grande and the punto evo abarth are rare to find. Although mine was standard, it scraped on speed bumps sometimes. The...

    Rojer's 200T

Nice pick up. Genuinely one of the best cars I’ve owned and would have another in a heart beat! I fitted one of the metal hot side pipes as well, purely because it’s not a case of if it fails and more when it fails. I’m sure I used the original seal with mine and it was ok but for the cost of a...

    Max Power era bodykits/styling pieces?

That actually doesn’t look bad, quite subtle really. I wonder if you should put an evo vent or a scooby vent on the bonnet too for good max power measure?

    Max Power era bodykits/styling pieces?

Nice but for proper max power shouldn’t they be tsw venoms? 😂

    Clio "Double Spoiler C2"

They also did a front bumper extension as well, which fitted over the standard front bumper. I managed to buy a brand new one in the early 2000’s when I had my Clio but never fitted it and I think it got thrown out in the end. On the subject of this spoiler I don’t mind it, it’s one of the least...

    First Clio - 2014 Mk4 RS 200 EDC

I don’t help about coilovers, but I fitted h&r springs to mine and it sat and drove perfectly. Really liked the look and handling

Closest to standard/OEM exhaust backbox for 220 trophy

I would definitely take it to a local automotive welder and get him to weld it back up. Then take it back for the mot.

Closest to standard/OEM exhaust backbox for 220 trophy

If there is a problem with the lambda sensor reading effecting emissions, I doubt it would be the back box? Surely it would be by the cat or secondary cat? The lambda sensor is at the front. I had my backbox modified and altered and never had a problem, I also removed my secondary cat and also...

Oops I did it again... Adey's Clio 200 EDC

I had a smaller cup spoiler on mine, similar to the cup car spoiler on the mk5 clio.

WANTED - Clio 4 RS Std Spoiler

Make sure you get the correct one. some of the cup spoilers use a standard clio spoiler, not an rs spoiler. For example my low cup spoiler used a standard spoiler as its base, because the side panels are separate where the rs spoiler is all in one.

New member saying hi - Clio MK4 GT line

Welcome! I can’t help with the wiring of the mirrors, but I also fitted a module to my 200t from AliExpress for the folding mirrors. I remember wiring it up initially and the mirrors behaved strangely but then changed the wires around and it worked perfectly. As I said I can’t help because it...

Theft deterrents - steering wheel locks, etc.

My worry is if someone wants it, they will come and get it. If they will break into the house to get the keys, they will break in and wake you up to ask for the code. It’s another thing to worry about for me.

Theft deterrents - steering wheel locks, etc.

They sell them in halfrauds, and it was only as a visual deterrent. However I thought it might have actually deterred them. 🤣

Theft deterrents - steering wheel locks, etc.

Just don’t use a steetwize steering wheel cover lock. Look good for visible deterrent, but useless. I had one on my focus st and a false obd and they still managed to cut it off and get into the obd port!!
