personally i dont like that k tec valver, if it was the green one for sale id buy it. what about the volvo 1.7 turbo lump? i know it will be a b*tch to do, but its been done before. other than for cheapness a 5 gt turbo lump (only 120bhp as stock) then tune it up.

clio 1.8 16v - ive had it almost 3 years now. nothing much, most just wear & tear etc, new clutch, engine mount etc. however the oil pump went & engine seized thus it fecked the engine, so it had to have another engine in it.

so does my dad, is a vdo dayton system. mike 172sport fitted it to his a while ago, there a few posts about itv with the part numbers etc.

i thought they did 60 in a bit less than 6 secs. they are very quick, however most are sh*gged.

i think that theres a guide on here some where, i do know that the rears need modifying tho, but the fronts just fit straight in.

mine seems to rattle at the front - under the passenger side footwell:confused: mines not lowered either.

i according to what i have heard on here, they are £120.00 from renault. they are of very poor quality, as the drivers one (where your left heel is) wears out in about 10mins.

fooking hell, send them back, get a refund & tell them to shove them up their ar*e.

I have always wanted one - but like most older ford rs cars getting a good one will be hard, as most have been thrashed to death. they are the ultimate head turner - however it comes at a price, as loads of people will want to steal it. a mate of mines mate had an imperial blue one & some one...

digging this up again, my dad has the renault sat nav in his 172, is there any way of having it alert him for cameras? i guess there is as i assume they are both gps based ? if there is what program is it & where can he get it ? from what i understand, he wants it to do two things as he is...

when my dad took the spare out of his 172 (52 reg) the wheel had never been on the car, but more than half of the wheel wasnt even silver, ther was no lacker on the rim what so ever !!! needless to say it was covered under warranty - they just swapped it with the othe 172 they were selling !!

me neither. I really want to see it !!!
