Time for something a little different

Mk1 RSi Suspension query
Guys, i am new here and off to pick up an RSi this weekend. First thing I want to do it get it sat down. Used to have a valver lowered 40mm and loved the handling. My only query is, are the RSi springs/shockers different to the valver stuff? Can I fit lowered valver springs to the RSi?- Cookson
