Marco, get logged on to 205gtidrivers. There is a lad called stew who owns BBM, they do all the poly bushes/mounts etc. Sure he does a solid beam kit too. Get a new set of linkages and a short shift to sort the gear issues out, and just enjoy it.

Nice. I would personally cut the bumper. Replace the mounts with a set of the solid prima ones, and have the bumper cut so it sits recessed. Nothing uglier that a zorst sat actually on the bottom edge

Snap it up. 205 GTi's are a f**king HOOT to drive. make sure the rear beam isnt siezed, thats a £400 job. HGs are a weak point. Apart from that, cracking fun. 1.9 with a 1.6 gbox and 309 suspension all round is where its at!!

two questions if I may? 1. Why only a half cage? It looks meaty as f**k. Did you not consider a full cage? (its my personal opinion that they serve no purpose when most of the front corner will crush the drivers face) 2. Why go to the expense of an RS2........ then stick a bloody big airbox...

If those forks extended past the sill on the otherside, I wouldnt mind working under that. f**k, I've took bigger risks while working on cars in the past, lol HSE is far too heavy these days
