I rate EBC greenstuffs, mine lasted 2 trackdays and 35kish to.

Only experiance I have of fords is the work bog standard disel on steelies, and it's an epic handling machine, driving posisition pisses on the clio to. Had a quick go in my mates Zetec S, pisses on the 182 for gearchange and driving position.
