If thats the mag i'm thiking about i'm in it ;) They attach the gear boxs, loom (I think) driveshafts etc, but the engines are built somewhere else, there was pallets of them in the factory.

When it's dirty/ I'm not doing anything, not going to miss out doing something else in the day cos i've got to wash the car.

Engines are not built at Dieppe, well there not on the 200s, so assume the 182s where the same. It's a quality check (lol) the factory workers will mark parts as parts of the checks.

My 182 is mint, nothing wrong with it all, i've been fancying a change having driven them for not far off 5 years, but there is nothing better for the dosh. I do about 15k a year though, so fuel costs quite abit.

I got mine off, in one peice on the drive on axle stands, first time I'd ever taken one off to, tis easy tbh. To drop the axle you undue 2 bolts.

Which ever comes first. Aux belt is 5 years or 36k whichever comes first.

I bet there is not much cost between a 182 bumper and a 200 bumper brand spankers. So where as if i a 182 needs say £2.5k of work it would be written off?? (bigger cost) But if a 200 needed £2.5k of work it wouldn't. So unless the car is a total write off i'd say a 200 is cheaper?

Tbf if you take the rear seats out, and the passenger one, (Although probs no need), all your putting in is one seat, a bumper and couple door cards.

I never use the auto thing anyway, as in i still switch them on when there "on" anyway.
