    My EBC greenstuffs have lasted 33k + one track day and i'd say they are still at 50%+ Oh and no idea how long they where one before i got the car either.

    The only time there would be difference in BHP would be if the air con is actually on surely? And i'm pretty sure it switches off at high RPM anyway.

    I thought you needed to warm up the car because the different metals expands at different rates. Pistons are steel and the block is aluminium? So if steel expands faster can see the obvious problem.
