I noticed a massive difference on my old 172 when i put new shocks on mine. It's on my to do list one day to the 182, but more important things to worry about at the moe.

I though you don't loose it as such, just as the performance is better below 5k, you don't notice in much as it's not such a jump

4 standard shocks = £200? How would paying £450 for k-tec coilovers save you £160?? If the k-tec ones are anything like the v-maxx i had standard all the way IMO.

I don't think I broken damper would cause the car to brake. Unlikely they'll break either.

My problem is i had a 1.2 corsa sxi, stopped driving for a year then i've had 1*2s since, so to me there what a normal car is like, and i rarely drive anything else, works mondeo on occasions. So never appreciate it for what it is.

I've just got one ready to fit when it goes in for it's service.

Someone should photshop the 3rd pic into some sort of ace cocking it's leg on a corner pic. I witnessed a V6 crashing, owner let his mate drive it in the wet, at the Nurgburgring, he spun off at the end of the cones lol.

I've never notcied mine move in either my 182 or 172. As long as they switch on and light up the road i wouln't worry.
