    Ditch the standard alloys for some 15s. Cheaper tyres, less weight, better acceleration and IMO better handling. The Piper cams give similar results to the 438 but are £200-250 cheaper. Both will give you a realistic 185bhp or thereabouts

    I'd get a decent diesel you don't mind abusing for work and keep the Clio. I'd leave the boxter for a while to see how finances are. I run 3 cars and I hate it. Always buying fuel, paying tax, insurance and mot. Servicing. And on the Clio getting 'improvements'.

    I think the 86 have a stiffer sidewall than the 82 as they can take more loading. I'd go for the 195s for a wet tyre rather than 205s. And run 205 in the dry.

    It's possible yes but they are a much smaller diameter than standard. I'd be worried about one failing.

    Currently on new cup shocks and Cooksport springs, its nice on the road but on track I'd like a little more from it without going to coilovers. Are the Koni shocks a decent improvement over Cup shocks? They have damping adjustment which would be useful for track.

    F***ing Dutch! How much is max combined then for each? Tbh I want 3 degrees of camber bang on so I need an extra 1.1 degrees or thereabouts. If that'll give me an extra degree of caster I'll be happy enough. Just have a play around and see I guess.

    Depends on the torque spread. I've seen the graph of an engine on Catcams 423 for example and it doesn't really start doing anything until about 6k rpm. Guess its like driving a Honda.

    Ktec charge £150 for something that costs about £10 and a bit of welding. Look out for one second hand, they usually go for about £50. I got the sports cat version for £150 so I don't need to mess around come MOT time.

    I've searched a couple of threads that say all 3 bolts to the front of the car for max caster. But what is the setting for max caster and camber? And are they infinitely adjustable up to 1.4 degrees?

    Brembo 4 pots with 283mm discs

    The benefit is a larger pad area on the Brembos (around 20x10 bigger) Also with the Brembos being monobloc they are more rigid. So if I can run 288x26mm with the Brembos I'm not sure I'd see a benefit going 295x24mm with the Wilwoods.
