TomTom one XL v2 europe, £130 at Tesco and has a free map update with it so can update to newest maps when you get home.

It doesn't need to support TV out, as TVs are just big PC monitors. Just get a VGA cable, same as comes on desktop pcs And a completly seperate Ear phone to Phono (I think) audio cable.

Well you could, but the ones the other end of the dampers connected to the rear axcel would be far easier.
