    So undue seats from undeath the car, then lift them out. Then the rubber washers wil be in the footwell under the seat?

    Do you leave the handbrake on? Mine are grinding almost overyday, it's the rust on the discs.

    Just had a quick look in my manual, from what i read the aux belt is every 5 years 72k, same as the cambelt.
