yeah, they are only held on by 2 bolts, one behind the wheel and one in the boot.

It's easy, just undue one at a time and bounce the rear end of the car, if it's like a pogo stick it's fudged.

Not being funny but there is no lazy way of finding out, the only way to find out how much it will cost is find a numberplate from a car on autotrader/pistonheads and start the boring task of entering your details into insurance companies, you could try confused.com etc but they never got the...

Mine never leaked on my 172 cup FF with cup packs, but when i took the dampers off one was fecked, no damping on it whatsoever.
