Take the new keeper slip, DVLA does the rest - they'll get you to fill in a form to apply for a new logbook for the Civic and provide all the other stuff as they do the transfer. You'll need the Civic MOT and serial number of the tax disc too, same for the Clio

Lol, valid point though as we thought once they had agreed the price match that was it - it did seem a bit of a backward process! We had given up on getting them to price match in store tbh as they always found a reason why they wouldn't, but this online one has restored a bit of faith.

You can submit a price match request online - against the online retailer price, which is what we did. They responded with 2 days to agree the price match. Good all round!
