Yeah I like repair versus replace but in the case of cheaper cars it's not worth the hassle for making an extra hours labour.

Good point about the tin smith, I would also say, highly equiped garages will have very good pulling tools to bring that back out but I would know until I seen it in person and it's finding a decent garage these days. It seems to be harder and harder from what i've seen.
