It's fine, take them both out, the cup racers don't even have them, yozzasport took mine out as they where the wrong ones and told me this, when you put the wheel on it secures the disk and won't be wobbly.

Well whenever i wash my car the disks rust up and are pretty crap untill i've done some hard braking.

could just be the rust on them mine are like that first time i use them.
