    Different brands of tyres are slightly different in shape on the shoulder of the tyre , i can only imagine the michelins are slighyly more square and the toyos are more rounded causing the tyres to rub .

    No mate . Normal consumption can be up to 1 litre every " 1000 " miles . Sounds alot to me as well . My 182 doesn't use a drop now , and my 172 never used any as well .

    Renault state that 1 litre per 1000 miles is normal consumption . When i bought mine new it used a little oil in the first couple of months , i changed it at 4000 miles and its never lost a drop since .

    Some pics of mine fitted now . I found a screwdriver that has 3 prongs on to hold small screws . I took the 3 prong thing off the screwdriver and used the screwdriver to prise the bulb holder out of the headlight . Then i used the 3 prong thing to hold the led with some cellotape wrapped...

    Yeah they just replace the standard bulbs . Sussed it , the white plug just pulls out . Done passenger side , same problem for me with the drivers side though due to the air con pipes and big hands , lol .

    My bolster started to wear on my 172 , i had a bloke round from trimline repairing a fag burn , he redyed the bolster as well , all for £40 .He did a top job , you couldn't see the fag burn and the bolster looked like new afterwards . http://www.trimline-systems.com/

    Changing tyres - stuck

    Ditch the poxy little wheel brace and get yourself a torque wrench and keep it in the boot or an impact wrench . Or as said above , local tyre fitter .
