Basically, check down the back of the engine, if you have a sensor, that's what needs changing, if not, it'd ABS related, maybe just a new ring or sensor needed.

Some clio's are driven off the ABS, others off of the GB sensor.
The sensor is down the back of the engine, sticks out of the top of the gearbox, hard to miss.

There's a clip on the header tank for the coolant that the cable sits in mate. You can use that to position the cable. You'll see what I mean when you look.
