Aslong as you have a block/sander it doesn't take long to wet sand a full car.
Any pc'd cars at my work are fully wet sanded to remove any imperfections.

Good list Geesus mate. Usually right about the wings as they are plastic, to be honest they usually go where the bumper clips into it.
Cat C and D can be very similar it's just factoring costs that differ slightly.
Cat D is when the repairs DO NOT exceed the pav...
The exact reason in simple terms ford decide not to colour code door moulding on lower models, obv they would sell more 1.4's if it looked better externally but they don't care.

Pay all that money and they can't even be arsed to paint the full back bumper or the side skirts....oh but lets do another edition and paint them and we'll charge more!

It can be used on interior but there's just better safer things out there.
I used it on my clio green seats they get so dirty so easily, worked great you just have to dilute it down a lot and really work it into the seats with a damp cloth.
Like I said you would be better with an interior...
You were having problems with sinking on your clio?
Obv the same will happen over time with the fiberglass and filler.
