The fact is fillers are just masking the swirls. Machine polish compound is full of abbrassives.
Simple to remove swirls completely you need an abbrassive polish or machine polish.
A glaze can mask swirls all they want but...

If it's a normal splitter off a clio it's bendy and will be a waste of time painting.
