Correct :D
About an hour to flat all 4, half hour to mask the tyres, couple of hours to paint and flat back once, about an hour to lacquer all 4.
Sprayed them in the garden and the store room, a tad windy too :o
As mentioned they're a track wheel at the moment so it's a tidy up, a couple of...
Agreed for going on track, would you say Turinis would be a fair swap for 2118s? Or would Turinis (knowing they're discontinued) hold a higher value than 2118s and OE 182 wheels. I'd put the 182s at the bottom in terms of value but think Renault got it right looks wise with the anthracite colour
With the wheels mentioned what would you put as top, middle and bottom. Or best to worst?
Or in value would you say Trophy Turinis are worth more than the OE anthracite 182 wheel? Speedline 2118 wheels the same value as Turinis? I know there are scenarios like tyre makes so say the 16s had...
I've done enough sets of these over the last 2 -3 years, when a set came up in a breakers yard last week i couldnt say no to buying them but also vowed NEVER to spray any more........... Until i popped in the store room yesterday and saw some paint cans left over. Anyway, i needed 1 tin of...
Pre scrolling down and reading the first post i was thinking Pah, Vauxhall, BUT it's not too shabby. With the black and diamond cut wheels it looks (dare i say it) new shape Megane esque in some ways. With the likes of the Scirroco and Megane maybe they feel they want some of the action. I've...
22mm long here, any good?

Awaiting new coilovers, these are seized so i can't adjust the ride height. It's not often you see these about so i bought them. The thing thats putting me off using them is having to refurb them, i've done 3 or 4 sets already and not sure i want to go through doing it all again :o
The other...
The glass on the foglight cracked so i popped down to the local Renault breaker to buy another, Lagunas use the same light so i took 1. As i went to walk out i saw these stacked up in the corner :D
TBH i don't know if 'll keep them but thought they'd be better off at home than the scrapyard...
I told you the RB is in good hands ;)
I wish I kept them but needed the coilovers, something had to go...... Toying with anthracite 2118s now
Love the Nurburgring pics Lewis, it's right at home there :)
RB 182 with stripes and white wheels. On the mountainbike and rode past this as it sat on a driveway on an unmade road behind the SEEVIC college, Thundersley.
A few people did take pics of it, it was the only 182 there and over the 4 days didn't see any other 182s on the roads in France and Belgium. I saw a couple of phase 1 Clio 172s that was it.
Love it, RB sticks out like a sore thumb.... In a good way :D
They do this car show every year and is open to most marques of Renault, copy and pasted from the french link below
This years event is the sixth consecutive the SANGLIERS ARDENNAIS has been held for the Belgian and French Renault Owners who live in the Ardennes near Sedan and is open to all...
Spot on, gearbox is great....Spax coilovers arrive in the next week... It's so nice to drive, and out of the 4 Clios I've owned this 1 has AC! Such a novelty!
Was just right, the driving wasn't overbearing, the views en route to all locations were stunning. Bar the EML light coming on 45 miles out of Calais the RB performed superbly averaging 38.9mpg over the 4 days
I imagine some of us belong to more than 1 car club :o before Clios i was into R5 GT Turbos for a few years and still belong to RTOC :o
The french have a club also dedicated to all things turbo like the 5,9,11, Gordini so we decided to head over to see what it's all about. So a 4hr drive from...
