Why bother, the mount is only 40£ or something! To machine/design/try and be comfortable with the grade of steel is a huge expense and amount of hassle.

No ph1 K-tec stealth/Maxogen and inlets at the front. One of the best sounding exhausts made imo!!! Quality wasn't the greatest, but the note was what i was going for essentually.

If it's fresh out the powercoaters...Just hit it with a coat or two of PB wheel seal. Mine look and are as eash to wah now as they were 6months ago.

For FCS, i will be polishing them, but you shouldn't need to.
Why did you do more coats of sealant on the rear wheels!? lol
Or were you aiming for 5 and got bored at 3?
The CG wheelguard is a decent product...Simialr to pb's but you only need 1 coat! lol
