Take out your rear seats and claim the car is a track toy.... Therefore needs no rear seatbelts surely? :P
Then refit :quiet:
Or does it require rear belts even if there is no rear seats?
:O i thought you didn't have to have them on you, but had to be able to produce them within 14 days or something?? Leaving them in your car is just asking for trouble, with things like identity theft etc, also if someone stole your keys, gets in your car, and finds your home address, your not...
^^ yea as above for sure, not a case of the car being a little s**t as in most complaints they would get. Its a case of them actually building something extremely dangerous. What would have happened if you had been on the motorway and it had scared you s**tless and you'd had a 70 mph crash...
I thought that, but it looked far to standard if that makes sense, plus is was a 40+ Yr old woman... I just wish i had been able to read the badge now!!! Ah well, you win some you lose some.
Isn't that just the rsi? Wasn't the wheels that had me really baffled, just the badge on the side strip. Thought maybe they brought out some other limited edtion type?
Definately not. The badge wasn't like black plastic with silver writing sticking out, it was like a smooth bit of metal with something painted on and then lackered (spelling) over. Are there any limited or aniversary or 100000 sales versions or anything?
This is.... I'm afriad its only a description, but i've never seen one before so here goes....
In my local highstreet yesterday and there is a clio parked outside mcdonalds which seems a bit different.... It is a mk2 ph1 in black and has some rather different looking renault alloys on it, i try...
I was under the impression the clear coat was last??? As you can still see the paint beneath, if i am wrong, i will be glad i haven't painted anything yet... Haha
Wow, i'm quite impressed with how little time that would be. What would the necessary tools be??
I was looking at changing 1.2 8v for 1.6 rsi engine, which i heard is pretty much a straight swap, or would this not be quite as easy??
(p.s sorry not thread jacking just interested)
PC! Macs are amazing, I have to use them all the time, but theres just something nice about familiarity. There are just small quirks that get on my nerves with macs. If you can deal with that, the mac is definately better!
I think the reason a lot of people will give you is how often are you gonna get a chair, sit at the back of your car and watch the little screen in the boot. For the money it'd cost you there are probably more constructive things you could do. But that would be a general CS opinion, :P if its...
Was going to ask that too haz, my sub is resting against that plastic bar that runs across the back so it wouldn't do much moving except for maybe pivoting over and hitting back seat, but wouldn't have much force i didnt think?
Sub can be held in place by less permanant (spellling) method of very strong velcro brought from halfords, you just have to remove some of the carpet off your sub, and apply sticky back velcro to that, but make sure its really clean otherwise it doesnt stick. There is no need to use second piece...
Cheers, i'm a fan of the box just because it seems to look right on the clio... i think most people agree? The twin pipe just seems to look right imo
P.s thanks a lot for the advice, I just really didn't know much about janspeed, so wasn't sure if it was worth the extra dollar. Appreciated
