Dacia do actually use the F4R in a few models, but it's a watered down 140bhp version.

The only reason I put 40 psi in them was because I got pissed off going 32-33-34-35 and thought f*ck it, lets just go to 40 then reduce it until they feel right, and bizarrely they felt right at 40 which I did not expect.
Mine folded like liquorice until I put 40, yes 40psi in all round, now they handle really well in all weather, which is wrong because 40psi should be way too much, 35psi still had them folding so I thought f*ck it, 40 it is.

Yep, once they're used they're locked to that cars ecu and won't work on another, even if you bought a licence the unit would be locked to your car and be useless to the owner, so you'd have to buy another licence so he could use it on his car again, by the time you've done that and bought the...
I had to use a bearing press and even then it took a few goes, it's made everything in my car vibrate like f*ck because it has zero give, but at least my exhaust isn't dragging on the floor anymore.
Tell him to walk away, losing £100 deposit is better than losing the best part of a grand trying to make the car right, tell him to pay £12 CS membership and take his pick of all the far better cars in the for sale section, he won't regret it.
It's worth paying £12 to become a member, pretty much every car in the for sale section is cheaper than the one you posted, with belts done and comprehensive history.
