Personally I wouldn't use a direnza rad again. I'd bite the bullet and pay for a proper spec motorsport core, as they're far more efficient at cooling compared to the direnza items. That's just my opinion though mate! As a bare minimum I'd frame the rad to stop the airflow spilling around it...

Well you'll need about 3-3.5 degrees negative up front mate, but 3 wouldn't be a bad place to start. It's alright ta mate. Tucked away in the garage whilst the weathers rubbish.

Looks like it could do with a tad more camber up front from that pic where you're heading towards the mountain. Failing that a bit of extra castor to reduce induced camber in turns.

If it is 2nd gear synchro that's crunching, you're in for a big bill as they've redesigned them, so you need to buy it as a kit. This kit is about £200+ vat. I keep some 2nd hand originals in stock (I rebuild jc5's in my sleep mate) and I'd imagine you'll need a selector hub and the 2nd gear...

Spray around all the joins with wd40/brake cleaner and see if it alters the idle speed. This will help identify where you've got a vacuum leak.

It was alright tbh mate, but I think a lot of that comes down to the quality of the damper. I was running ast's.

On my cup I had 450 fronts and 475 rears. You'll not go far wrong on those rates, but I'd possibly go with 500 fronts and 400 rears.

I strip them, inspect them and replace what's needed. There's no point going ott and replacing stuff for the sake of it imo.

To replace all the synchros and bearings you're looking at over 1k in parts mate. Cheaper to buy a box from Renault for £900!

Limited slip differential. It's a plate diff rather than helical like a Quaife.

Anyone can map it but you've got to have gentuner pro.
