I made the mistake of doing that with FM3 and not having the GT3RS, Scud, etc. Ended up paying a tenner for a pack in the end!

Not at all mate. You can see directly through the viewfinder as if the lens is there (which it is, obviously) but the shutter won't close. Will attempt to fix it when I'm less tired but it's having none of it atm. f***s sake.

Well after using it twice, it's broken. Not been recognised at all as a lens by either of my cameras. Grrrr.
