Everything labeled there needs to be removed to make things easy, all bolts are 10mm, engine cover bolts are 5mm Allen keys (mine are anyway)

Iv managed to get hold of a second hand decoder ring and key, it will only start when the key is near the ring, also only one of my keys starts it the other wont, until the my other key has started it. is there any way i can "code" my keys to this decoder ring? or am i going to have to buy a...

As title, car wont start cranks a couple of times then dies off. Plugged my scanner into it tells me there is a fault with the decoder ring... This will be a reno job? As the keys will need to be coded to the new ring etc? Only just got the f*cker back yesterday, was perfectly fine till now...

could have the rs stamped ones then, i thought it was only the 182's that came with RS stamped ones but i think i remember reading that some 172's came with them too. Have you checked yourself?

Personally mate, i get urself some matched inlets, decat, and a few other small things before you go for a map to make it worth the money

personally no, a remap is the last thing il be doing with my car, even then i might just go with a simple RSTuner map
