Top dash off and cut or melt the tabs holding it on.

First one is likely to be the wiring under the seats, second is the steering angle sensor is faulty.

Unsure then, looks like you will need to get the steering wheel and shroud off and check the wiring for faults. If you have that much smoke you will probably need new wiring any way.

GAZ coilovers have the spring and shock combined and the likes of Bilstein B14's have separate spring and shock on the rear. I think @Weeksy on here sells the GAZ coilovers for around £480ish B14's are around £800ish

Drivers side engine mount needs adjusting or renewing probably.
