@SharkyUK You can't give up now!!. Isn't that a small bump in the road for this car?. I do hope you keep it. Even brand new cars can give headaches from time to time believe you me.

I bought the same part number you have quoted from my local dealer. Yes, they are expensive but at least you know they will fit & work straight away.

Like Mazz has said I am not sure of the pikey route as I had the purple plug just dangling, I just didn’t have the switch.

Above the clutch pedal, basically it's the same as the brake light switch. From memory there should be a purple plug loose above the clutch pedal if switch isn't installed. This is the part number I have written down for the switch I bought 7700431512

Thanks, I found out today that the specs have been changed and their won't be the wiring for the right hand side. I like the effort you have put into your car by changing to later spec fog lights, looks so much better. I miss my 220 Trophy.

Anyone with a MK5 Clio RSline can you please check how many of your reversing lights work. On my car (69 Plate) both mine work but on my wife's car only the left hand one works (21 Plate),. Dealer is saying this is correct but I am not convinced. It's not a simple case of replacing a bulb either...

I just find it drives better in normal mode. Rarely use eco on either of our Clio's.

Mine has cameras in the door mirrors which are brilliant when parallel parking :) . Glad you are enjoying it, but take it off eco mode.

Enjoyed watching your review Sam, One of the best Renaultsport uk track days was the last one @ Rockingham. Seems a waste of a circuit, with the popularity of track days currently there must be money in it to re-open it. I have a I 20N on order so hopefully it will live up to all the hype.

Hi Ian, no I bought it from Renault Orpington in November 2018. I do believe though that it was a showroom car as I did find a photo of it in the showroom on there website. It had 21 miles on the clock when I picked it up.

@RSRowe And a lot of people who had never driven it slatted it for the auto box without having first hand experience. I liked it and it's replacement is also a Renault with an edc box, which is a nice box. If you use the paddles it changes are very smooth and way quicker than a manual.

This was my Trophy. Totally regret selling it.

Technically yesterday but did a minor mod to my Pure Gearstick. The gear knob has been carbon fibre skimmed. I also changed the Silver cap head bolt to a black one which I think Blends in better.

@Rsline_trev In the first lockdown the battery went flat after the car wasn’t used for a few days. Sorted really quickly though. Like Martin said the auto full beam on mine can be slow to react but it’s better on my wife’s 21 plate Clio. I have the 360 degree cameras and they are really good.

Welcome, Again my wife has a Valencia Orange RSLine 90bhp and I have a Iron Blue RSLine 1.3 EDC. As @Martin_172 has said a big step up from the MK4. I have done nearly 25,000 miles in mine and apart from one small hiccup it's been brilliant.
