It does yes, but to do it in a FWD hot hatch on sticky tyres takes considerably less balls/skill than doing it in something RWD imho. The lap time is very impressive, but it all just leaves me a little cold now ive done a couple of trackdays in something other than the Mini.

Suggestion 1 - put some carpet in the boot & you wont notice the dent in the floor. Suggestion 2 - fix the bumper in a slightly less pikey way/fit a new one. Id warrant that that car is still in considerably better overall condition than 99% of 1*2's out there :ROFLMAO:

There is quite simply no point selling a car that you have known for years & have maintained exceptionally well, that has had a small accident and is now CAT S, to buy one that is non-categorised, but was possibly drifted (at a mere 13 months old) sideways into a hedge in Wales by a grinning...

Sorry to hear this @SharkyUK. As has been said already, part of me wanted to see this completed, but the other half just wanted you to give up on it & move on. I'd try and put it back to standard(ish) if you can, they really do seem to have shot up in price since the days of me buying them...
