I think you should be ok for major plastics. Although the rear quarter plastics have a strange colour insert.
Be wary of the Radio, it'll be update list rather than tuner list so might not work in your older 172 Cup.
My K2 Karcher gave up after about 2 years, the seals at the outlet near the bottom perished and failed. Having taken it apart, it's a cheap device and I won't buy again.
My F-I-L bought me the Workzone 2.2Kw one from ALDI, and it's been absolutely brilliant. Not sure on availability though...
I think you'll want a donor car from the same year. There were subtle differences with the 2005 car, and I'd expect similar differences between Ph2 172 / 182.
My wife had a 2005 1.2 Dynamique back in the day and it had a completely different cloth/fabric to my 172 Cup at the time.
If anything, the Dynamique's interior was an upgrade. I gather the Cup had the most basic of fabrics.
I'd sell mine as I don't use it much, but the J doesn't work very well any more. :LOL: There's a recall available, but it'd mean going to a "Genius" bar.

Have you only ever been running it with something plugged into the OBD port? I tried an OBD dash display once, and it killed the rev counter whenever it was plugged in.
