See if you can call in at a garage and get them to test it to see what's going on.

Only other thing i can think of is it's over fuelling. Hard to tell without having it checked with an emissions test, you'd have high CO readings and possibly high HC reading for unburnt fuel.

If those voltages are correct, the cat is probably no good. Should be a steady voltage in the 400-500mV range for post cat.

Don't think you can get them for rears. Pretty common to run a less aggressive pad in the rear on fwd cars. Edit: just looked, you can get DS1.11 for the rears on a Megane.

DS2500 will be ok in the rear with DS1.11 in the front. I run PBS rear and SR11 front. I ran W5 in the Clio and would probably go W6 if had them again.

Try the SR11 next mate, basically the endurance version of RP1.

Can only think it's the tiny pads they use. Both guys I know who were at CSF in Porsche and BMW both use RPX and get on really well with them.

Funny you should mention Wilwoods. RP1 on my mates Clio with those calipers wear down half in one track day but in my Mégane with much bigger pad they wore 1mm.

    Rojer's 200T

You'll see a noticeable difference with a proper track pad in the rear. PBS doing all the work and probably getting too hot. Are EBC SR11 available for your front calipers? I used them at CSF and they were really good, could easily lock up on road tyres and they haven't worn at all. To be...

They do pop out, same as the Megane otherwise they tend to go missing. What pads are you on?

    Titanium shims

Yeah they don't list them on the website, but I've seen them custom making for historic F1 cars on Facebook/Instagram and asked the question and they said £95.

Used them on my 182 and it stopped the seals from melting. I'll look to get some for the Megane when it next goes on track now that it has brand new calipers on.

    Ignition key replacement?

Seems like a bit of a f**k about. Have you checked the blade for any burrs that could be lightly filed or sanded which are preventing a smooth in and out.

I'm going to get some of the TW stuff. From what i've seen it falls between a spray and rinse sealant and a proper ceramic coating. For £20 it should be good value.

Seen some good reviews on the new Turtle Wax Pure Bead. I've always thought of TW as a cheap entry level brand, but they looked to have stepped it up with this.
