I'm pretty sure the garage said the offside wheel. I literally checked that on sunday and the bolts were tight, maybe it only became obvious with the weight off the car?

Yes thankfully. Seems to be noticeably less slack when moving the gear lever around too, not that I ever found it excessive but you do notice a difference just from that alone.

Just a wee update. Got the car back today after @NorthloopCup refurbished the diff and box. All working well. Was absolutely gasping to get it back to thrash after driving autos only while it was in. Cheers again.
