Revels has/ had the 50-150 IIRC and was very happy with it. The f4 might not be fast enough for you. Have you thought about using a 85mm (f1.8) instead? You'll just have to walk around a bit rather than zooming. It's a great lens though.

If your on the same network then iTap RDP. For outside the network, then logmein is great. If you want to stream rather than just work on a pc, you should take a look at Plex or other streaming specific services for the PC rather than a remote desktop.

I have the 24" version of the Dell and it's great. I use it primarily for photo editing but also play games on it without any problems. I would have loved the 27 but couldn't justify the extra cost at the time.

2nd hand and get a great set up! I was going to sell my old one recently and was amazed at how little they go for. I decided I'd rather keep it all and give it to one of my sons when they are older than sell for peanuts.

You can download it from Canon if you really want Zoombrowser etc. You have to do a few registry changes to make it load though. There is a guide here, but I am not 100% whether it works with the latest versions...

In answer to the other andy, you need to enable "personal hotspot" in order to tether the two via Bluetooth. If you can't see the option, then your provider has disabled it and you have to either pay for it to be enabled or jailbreak and use "thetherme" from Cydia.

It can though. I always use Bluetooth to tether my iPad to my iPhone as it supposedly uses less battery than wifi.
