i`l check the cable after work, where is the idle control valve located alan?

lately i`ve noticed that my throttle is sticking open and while pulling up at traffic lights etc i have to put my foot under the pedal knock it upwards to get the revs back to normal idle is this a problem with the cable or the pedal or neither any advice cheers

the first ones are pretty much sports skirts, not cure how they are "v6 style" when it comes to skirts something subtle is always best
