Right, got an OMP steering wheel on and the horn has decided days before the MOT, just my luck. The garage dont want to touch it in fear of setting airbags off. Its a 53 172, any ideas???
Right, ph2 172 was turning over but not starting, found that it was a pipe(it starts metal then rubber then metal) that runs from left side off the engine down towards the alternator and had a bad connection so was shorting and sparking. Turns out the piece of metal pipe has come unwelded from...
had trouble with my revs sticking, so oiled up the throttle cable,and pressed throttle a few times . as found on a search, but now it wont start at all, could it be flooded? if so how can you "un-flood it" spark plugs. thanks?
