This has happened 3 times now, I have got in the car and its said the oil level is ok, do 4 or 5 miles stop for 2 mins to nip in to a shop, get back in and it says I have no oil and the service light stays on. Now there is now oil on the floor where it has been parked, theres no blue smoke...

Was out tonight in 5th at 60-70mph when suddenly there was alot of noise and no drive. Knocked it out of gear and the engine died, tried 5th then 4th down to 1st until the car came to a stand still. Tried turning it on and it was not having it just lots of horrid noise. Looked under the bonnet...
