Hello all My valver has failed its MOT surprise, surprise. The Off Side Front, lower ball joint is knackered and there is play in the steering because of it. So needs replacing at a cost of £95.00 plus they say tracking needs to be redone so extra £25. Is this about right?

hello all I am going to change the spark plugs on the valver (1.8 16v) and was wondering what everyone else is using. I am leaning towards the bosch super 4's, any opinions? Also is there anything i can pour down the spark plug chambers to clean them out before putting new ones in?
