unusual question on engines...
Hi all, probably not a question often asked on here :) but does anyone know if a mk1 engine and box would fit in a mk2 clio? cars in question... doner... mk1 1.4 clio auto (K reg) poorly car... mk2 1.6 8v auto (v reg) reason? need to sort the mrs mk2 and am skint!- rbdazza

Clio Mark 2 engine and gearbox
Can anyone help me out choosing an engine and box combo to fit in my mk2 clio? it currently has a 1.6 with automatic box, has electric faults showing on dash, and gearbox is leaking oil and in limp mode.
