okay so my fog lights didnt work because they were all corroded so i bought new ones and new wireing but they still dont work ? any ideas?? its not the bulbs or fuse or bottom wiring .... what the hell could it be??

i have a new 172 kit to go on my clio but it is black and my car is blue ...:S...... does anyone have any estimates on how much it would cost for respraying ..... it includes the front and back bumpers, side skirts and front wings :P any advice would be appreciated.....? Also what grit sand...
