Is there a trick to getting the steering wheel off? I have the airbag off and the torx bolt out but it just doesn't want to come off the spline! I've tried a rubber mallet and WD40 on the spline. Thanks in advance!

​I took #207 to the Pistonheads meet at Mercedes Benz World. It got quite a bit of interest being the only Trophy there with several people taking pictures, 2 of which I managed to get emailed to me. There were a few other Clio's there including some V6's not sure if any were on Cliosport.

I'm trying to take the cowl off below the steering rack/wheel in search of a creaking noise! and can't seem to get it over the radio stalk! Do you have to take the steering wheel off to get the cowl off or does the radio stalk come off? any advice would be appreciated!

I have an annoying creaking noise coming from under the dash behind the clocks! If you gently push down on the windscreen air vent it stops. Can someone let me know how to remove the top section of dash or direct me to a thread on removing it! Many thanks in advance!
