I managed to get it out and gave it a quick scrub there was some crap lodged in the bottom but still no luck for it working! Have to have a better go after work.

All the sat nav stuff works fine as I used it in my friends car a few weeks ago. No charger or anything works in the socket in mine so it must be the socket. Hasn't worked since I got the car in September and the garage I got it from is totally useless.

Ah brilliant! Was it tough to get out? Either way I'll have to give it a shot! Being a woman driver I can't go 30 miles from home without a sat nav! :p thank you!

checked fuse on my 57 plate clio dynamique, was fine but replaced anyway, and it's still not working! :( any ideas on what it could be or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated! :)
