I thought they would be different re spare wheel but was confused by one on Ebay advertised as from a 172 with the photos very clearly showing it to be the shames as the one I had ie: just the foam sound deadening backing across the whole underside

Can anyone confirm weather the boot carpet is the same in the 172 and 182 please? Mine had to be binned several years back as some milk spilt on it from a food shop :-(

I may be wrong but I've already said my car did this for about 6 months if I turned the ignition not all the way and let the service light go out then turned it off and straight back on it would start perfectly.... A few times when in a rush I forgot this little ritual and the car broke down...

Bad earth on rear lights caused a very similar issue on my car was a total fluke that I did something about it and it cured my issue!

What filter do these need? Any videos of what it sounds like when fitted

Did you find out what was causing the misfire mine is similar to how you described...

Good honest feedback would love to have mine done but wouldn't want it to be any less reliable had 10 good years from mine had it from new and it's only done 45k but still wicked to drive :-)
