what i mean as the grown up version, is that my Clio 182, was fantastic, but the 197 just feels more luxury.. more comfortable, I can state, it will never be as good as my 182....

yes gutted.... but the 197 is the grown up version, when the manifold is fixed, i will see what its really like..

The 182.. is my fav.. raw and fast, turned heads as it was so bloody clean all the time.. the 197 seems just to smile politely the 182.. was "GET OUT OF MY WAY"

the manifold was bodged at the flexi,rang Renault £800.00 for a new one.. got a refurbished one with new flexis for £100.00, cant believe mu luck, just got to find somebody to fit it now...

just read the above thread.. had it for over two years, just new to the forum.. it was just time for it to go really.. I will miss it..

its all good apart from my F**ked manifold... gutted...

so, ive bought a 197, black one 56 plate , 90k miles just had all belts and dephaser done.. in good nick, if being picky, the wheels need a refurbish and the rear bumper needs painting... will post pics after weekend when given it a good polish..

so now ive sold my car , do i get a 197 or a cooper s?? decisions

i asked to go see it at the garage as i didn't want to miss out on it... i get your point, but i was out side his house when i was having the convo about seeing it.

Then, its not just your average car, I am a bit put off anyway, as I was keen to view it, I text to say could i go earlier and have a look, but the chap said said no , as it was at the garage getting mot, i said could I go see it there (it was his mates garage), he said it wasn't a good time and...

wouldnt you say just over 90k is about right for a 2007 plate car, 12 ish for 8 years, haven't seen it yet so will see, i know there's one on ebay for 6999 which looks mint, this one is just over half that..

93 with belts done @ 85 not sure of the number

bought some at donnington "with life time guarantee " one has blown.. any body used any other good ones..

use clear laminate, we use it on cars all the time, dirt around the edges will be an issue tho..
