i currently have standard 172 cup shocks with eibach prolines but since going to 15" wheels it looks way high, would prolines sort this or do I need cook sports ? I use the car for track mainly but can't afford decent coilovers at the moment

Also i presume all modules are optional and i dont actually require any to...
Looking to return to standard set up on my cup from coilovers but struggling to get the strut to fit back into the back of the hub. I have compressed the spring then ran the 17mm nut down as far as it will go but still missing, anyone got any tips or a link to a good guide ? Thanks

My cup has failed MOT due to rear brakes, thought it wads seized caliper but upon replacing that still nothing, I don't believe there is any fluid getting to it. Just replaced lines and handbrKe cables also ? Any ideas ?
Need a bit of guidance, the n/s rear caliper is sticking and causing car to pull to the left, is this something a dismantle, clean, rear grease would sort or is a full replacement my only option?

Do you run an air intake pipe up from the front fog straight to the filter and also what parts are required ? I presume 90' hose, small length of pipe, filter and a few jubilee clips ?

I am looking to replace the rear discs and pads on my 172 cup, car will be used for a few hours a weekend but mostly track days. I have read the do only 20% of the car breaking so is there any point in upgrading or should I just stick with oem ?

Reasonably new to the forum after buying my first 172 cup. The car has KTEC coil overs on it, they are only 3 months old albeit upon further review the p/s camber adjustment bolt will not tighten up and therefore chewing the inside of the tyres. I am trying to source new ones via KTEC...
