Drilled a hole through the side mount, bolt through, nut on. Done. Simple as, did mean the pretensioners were on show...only an aesthetic problem though
Small resistor, no problem. I ran standard pretensioners but either way it's easy as.
Im currently in limbo between seats, my XL seats are for sale but want new ones for a new clio but not sure i want the 4 week wait from corbeau. Next option is OMP Champ R as I still want fiberglass. Gah.
Ive run Clubsports for 18 months, great seat, not as premium as other seats but decent on track and road.
I got XL but standard are much tighter which i prefer.
Glad she is back up and running pal. Been following this thread for a while, had some rotten luck!!
Enjoy!
Ps, still here if those wheels ever go up for sale!
Glad she will be back up and running. If you do ever put you wheels up for sale, shout me! Ill take them off your hands for sure! Saves me buying brand new!
Hi
My 182 has a coolant leak, it has used brand new coolant in 3 weeks, got home today and the bottle is empty and didn't rise when I opened the bottle.
I have realised that it has been going down over the last few months and have kept an eye on things, never any residue on the floor nor any...
Always the case, people only pipe up when things go bad.
Mine was great, couldn't fault it. Purchased it on 100k for £1200 and sold it with 115k for £1000. Winning!
700 miles from a tank was great but 80mph max and 15 seconds to 60 was hilarious.
Weirdly miss the dci tho
I had the dci 60 and that was slow, never expected much but it was a cracking car. Put 15k miles on it in 6 months and never went wrong. 75Mpg was great!
Car looks good pal. One question, your seats. I can see from your interior picture that you have the front of your seat sitting in the middle hole on the side mount. Have you managed to bring the rear of the seat down a hole or two? Ive lifted my seat upwards to get it more angled but cant get...
To be honest I may be being a little to harsh on the 65. As @Martin_172 said, It wasn't bad, nothing dropping down a gear couldnt sort. My dialy commute was 40 miles each way, no.overtaking to be had but I wouldn't even attempt it ha.
Did what I needed it to do.
Strangely miss the diesel juddering!
Had a 65 as a daily for 5/6 Months. Covered 15k miles and never saw below 65mpg. Bought for £1100 with 110k on the clock. Sold it for £800 with 125k. It had some history but was way over due a belt change but I never bothered as it wasn't worth my time.
Good daily, no power. Was terrible, get...
Im sure they are hugging and supportive but to me it seems a shame they dont have a recaro option like previous models.
Lovely car though, how does it compare to the focus?
