Around a year ago when there was heavy rain my 182 flooded in the drivers footwell.
I purchased a dehumidifier and dried the whole thing out, couldn't find the location of the leak but sealed the rear bungs just above the back lights in case it was that.
After last weeks downpour I came back...
Found a smidge of rust on the bonnet today when washing the T :(
Cut back the rubbery coating and then covered it in a few layers of Vactan. Hopefully that should stop it, doesnt look as pretty now though!
Also scraped out the rear arches and Vactan'd those as well for good measure.

I have a set of rear cup dampers and when i push down on them with all my body weight it will slowly compress, is that a sign its knackered, worn or fine?
Seems like every toy i buy has the exhaust botched...
Mine is currently blowing from where the cat meets the middle pipe. It has a rather rusty bracket holding them together and was blowing from the top part.
Surely this isnt meant to just press up against eachother to make an airtight seal...
