Just had a spark plug blow out today. Has stripped 3/4 of the thread by the looks of it. Have managed to get another plug in and tight but whats the chances of it staying there? If it does come out again, what is the best option for repair?

Anyone help me out? I'm trying to replace the following ground connections. . . . . Chassis to engine and alternator to wherever it goes. I can't easily see these connections so a point in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks.

Anyone got any suggestions for insurance companies who like insuring cars with roll cages?

I have decided its time to sort my brakes out and see that i have two main choices..... 1. Uprated pads, discs and hoses from Yozzasport, or 2. Willwood conversion from GDI. Really i just want some good brakes for fast road driving. Any advice anyone?

I have removed my rear seats on my 172 cup and want to remove the seat belts but they have the dreaded pre tensioners fitted. I've heard you can fool the system with resistors and was just wondering if anyone had done this and what resistance i would need to fit?

Have got these door pillar things on my car but after 2 years they have faded so much i want to take them off. I spent six hours yesterday getting one off. They leave a thick layer of double sided tape behind. Anyone got any super ideas for removing this sticky sh1t?

please help.... does anyone know if i can get cobra subframes with th facility to attach the pre tensioners on to. i have a 172 cup and some nice new seats but am unsure about subframes. thankyou.
